Do I need a degree in computer science to apply?
Not at all. We hire based on skills, potential, and mindset — not credentials. Many of our team members are self-taught or have backgrounds in unrelated fields. What matters is what you can do and how you think.
Can I apply from anywhere in the world?
Yes. We have remote-friendly roles and a distributed team. Some positions do require presence at a specific campus — we note this clearly in each job listing.
How long does the hiring process take?
Our typical timeline from first application to offer is under 2 weeks. We move quickly and respect your time — you'll always know where things stand and what's next.
Is there an internship or student program?
Yes. We run paid internship programs for students and recent graduates, primarily in Engineering and Education departments. Applications open every spring and autumn — follow our channels for announcements.
