Fully tailored programs
Every corporate program starts from your team's actual skill gaps and business goals — not a fixed curriculum. We design the content, format, and pace around what your engineers actually need to do next.
Project-based learning
No slide decks. No passive watching. Participants build real things — code, systems, architectures — and review each other's work. Skills stick because they were earned, not explained.
On-site or remote
Training can be delivered at your offices, at a GV Academy campus, or fully remote. We adapt the format to your team's setup — without changing the quality of the learning experience.
Measurable outcomes
We track participant progress through XP, project completion rates, and peer review quality. You get a clear picture of what each person learned and where they still need development.

We don't teach theory — we build the skills your team needs on the job today

Most corporate training fails because it's passive — a trainer speaks, employees listen, nothing changes. GV Academy's model flips this: every participant works on real engineering problems, reviews their peers' code, and defends their decisions. The learning is active, collaborative, and directly tied to real work outcomes.

Training Formats

Choose the format that fits your team

Duration: 2–4 weeks
A focused, full-immersion program for teams who need to rapidly level up in a specific area. Participants work together on a shared project, reviewing each other's code daily. Ideal for onboarding new engineers or upskilling an existing team before a major product push.
Duration: 2–5 days
A concentrated hands-on workshop built around a specific technology or practice your team needs — code review culture, system design, testing strategy. Small groups, real exercises, immediate application. Can be run on-site at your office or at a GV Academy campus.
Duration: 1–6 months
Individual engineers enrol in one of GV Academy's structured tracks — Software Development, Data Science, DevOps, QA, and more. Your team members learn at their own pace but on company time, with progress tracked and reported to HR or management.
Duration: 3–6 weeks
A technical sprint covering Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring. Your engineers go from understanding DevOps conceptually to operating it in production. Delivered as a team, with shared infrastructure exercises.
Duration: 1–3 months
Python, statistics, machine learning pipelines, and real dataset analysis. Your analysts and developers learn to build, evaluate, and deploy ML models — using real data from your own business domain where possible.
Duration: 2–4 weeks
Practical cybersecurity training: threat modelling, secure coding practices, network security, penetration testing basics, and incident response. Designed for development and infrastructure teams who need to own security — not outsource it.
Duration: 1–2 weeks
For tech leads, engineering managers, and CTOs. Covers engineering culture, building high-performing teams, technical decision-making, and leading through uncertainty. Practical, case-based — no theory slides, just real decisions to make.
Duration: fully flexible
Tell us your team's goals, current skill level, and constraints. We design a program from scratch — combining any of our formats, technologies, and delivery methods. This is the option chosen by most large enterprise clients with specific technical roadmaps.

Every program

includes tracking

and certification

Progress Tracking

HR and management get a live dashboard showing each participant's project completion rate, peer review scores, and overall progress — updated in real time throughout the program.

Completion Certificate
Every participant who successfully completes the program receives a GV Academy certificate of professional development — recognised by our network of 50+ partner companies.

How It Works

From first contact to trained team in four steps

Get started
Step 1 1–2 days
Needs Assessment

We meet with your technical lead or HR team to understand your team's current skill level, goals, tech stack, and timeline. No forms — a real conversation.

Online or on-site
Step 2 3–5 days
Program Design

We design a curriculum, select the right format, build the project exercises, and prepare the peer review structure. You review and approve before anything starts.

Remote
Step 3 agreed duration
Training Delivery

Participants work through real projects, submit for peer review, and receive structured feedback. Progress is tracked live — you can check the dashboard at any point.

Step 4 1 week after
Results Report

We deliver a full report: per-participant skill assessment, completion rates, peer review scores, and recommendations for next steps or follow-up training.

What's included

Every program comes with full infrastructure

GV Academy campus
Live
progress dashboard available to HR and management throughout
24/7
platform access for participants during the program
Custom project library
We build the exercises around technologies and problem domains relevant to your team's actual work. Participants aren't doing toy exercises — they're solving problems that look like their real job.
Peer review structure

Every project submission is reviewed by a teammate before it's accepted. This builds code review culture within your team — not just technical skills, but the practice of collaborative quality control.

Management dashboard
HR, L&D managers, and technical leads get real-time visibility into each participant's progress — project completions, review scores, time spent, and skill level changes over the program duration.
Completion certificates

Every participant who completes the program receives a GV Academy certificate of professional development. The certificate includes the specific skills covered and the assessment results — useful for internal records and external recognition.

Common questions

Everything you want to know about corporate training

What is the minimum team size for a corporate program?

We work with teams from 3 to 500+ people. Small groups can do intensive bootcamps or individual track enrolments. Large teams can run rolling cohorts on a shared curriculum. There's no minimum that rules you out.

Can the training be delivered at our offices?

Yes. We can deliver programs at your offices, at a GV Academy campus, fully remotely, or as a hybrid. The format is agreed during the program design phase based on what works best for your team.

How long does it take to get a program started?

Most programs launch within 3 weeks of the initial conversation. The needs assessment and program design take 1–2 weeks. Then we're ready to begin. Urgent timelines can sometimes be accommodated — contact us to discuss.

Can the curriculum use our own codebase or tech stack?

Yes, and we encourage it. Projects built around your team's actual technologies and problem domains produce much better learning outcomes than generic exercises. We can incorporate your stack, your tools, and — where appropriate — real internal problems as project briefs.

What does HR get at the end of the program?

You receive a full results report: per-participant skill assessments, project completion rates, peer review scores, and specific recommendations for each team member's next development steps. Plus certificates for all completers.

Is there ongoing support after the program ends?

Yes. Participants retain platform access for 3 months after program completion so they can continue practising. We also offer follow-up workshops and advanced cohorts for teams who want to continue developing after the initial program.
