These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GV Academy website at gv-academy.tech and the educational services provided by GV Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or applying to our programmes, you agree to these Terms.

1. About GV Academy

GV Academy is a free digital technology school offering peer-to-peer IT education to students aged 8 and above. Our programmes are offered at no charge to enrolled students. GV Academy is operated at campuses starting with Kafr El Sheikh, Egypt, with expansion across the MENA region.

2. Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 8 years of age.
• Applicants under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• There is no upper age limit.
• No prior IT experience, degree, or language qualification is required to apply.

3. Application and Admission

Completing the application form on this website initiates the admissions process. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to:

• Completion of the online selection game (Stage 1)
• Watching the school introduction video (Stage 2)
• Submission of required documents (Stage 3)
• Successful completion of the Selection Pool / Intensive (Stage 4)

GV Academy reserves the right to reject applications at any stage without giving reasons.

4. Educational Services

GV Academy provides access to:

• Learning materials, projects, and assignments through the student platform at student.gv-academy.tech
• Campus facilities (computers, workstations, common areas) available 24/7 to enrolled students
• Peer review and feedback systems
• Career preparation resources and internship connections

Programmes are provided free of charge. GV Academy does not guarantee employment upon completion of any programme.

5. Student Obligations

Enrolled students agree to:

• Follow the GV Academy Code of Conduct and campus rules
• Treat all peers, staff, and visitors with respect
• Not share login credentials or access the platform on behalf of another person
• Submit original work — plagiarism or copying others' projects may result in suspension or expulsion
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts the campus or platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GV Academy or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Projects completed by students as part of their programme remain the intellectual property of the student, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Suspension and Expulsion

GV Academy may suspend or expel a student for:

• Violation of the Code of Conduct
• Academic dishonesty (plagiarism, cheating)
• Threatening, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour
• Sustained inactivity without an approved leave of absence

Decisions regarding suspension or expulsion are at the sole discretion of GV Academy management.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GV Academy is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or platform
• Interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues
• Decisions made by third-party employers based on GV Academy certificates or references

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from this website
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or platform
• Submit false or misleading information in any form or application
